Tanya has over 25+ years of international financial services experience including 12+ years dedicated to M&A as an investment banker and 13+ years dedicated as a venture investor. She began her career as an asset and risk manager for professional athletes and entertainers, then transitioned into investment banking with experience based in NYC from Merrill Lynch, Focus Acquisition Partners and Allegiance Capital. In 2012, Tanya followed her passion for technology and early stage start-ups and began her VC journey in NYC by co-founding her first Venture fund, CapA, which invested in 18 companies and a top performer globally in fund performance.
Moving to Stockholm, Sweden in 2013, CapA invested not only in the US, but also the Nordics. Tanya then joined Finnish based Butterfly Ventures (https://butterfly.vc/) as a partner in 2016 to raise Butterfly Ventures Fund III. Today, Butterfly is the leading seed entry VC focused on Deep Tech related technology companies in the Nordics and Baltics with sustainability at the core and launched a 50M EUR fund in late 2022.

Tamara Obradov brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector as an executive, operator, and founder. She is a venture capital investor with extensive experience in early-stage and growth investments across Europe, with a focus on deep-tech and impact-driven innovations.
As a Venture Partner at Rubio Impact Ventures, Tamara invests in scalable “PeopleTech” and “ClimateTech” solutions that address pressing societal challenges. Previously, she co-founded and led multiple technology ventures and held senior investment roles in venture and private equity funds.

Bouke Marsman is a venture capital investor and Managing Partner at Marktlink Capital, where he focuses on global private equity and venture capital fund investments. He has over 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and company-building, with extensive international exposure as an investor, CFO, and board member. Bouke spent the majority of his career at McKinsey, where he served predominantly private equity and venture capital clients. Between his two tenures at McKinsey, he served as CFO of two venture-backed companies, supporting both through phases of growth, fundraising, and operational scaling. Bouke brings a distinctive combination of investment, operational, and strategic experience. He has worked closely with founders, management teams, and investors globally and has been involved in numerous fundraising processes, acquisitions, and international scale-up initiatives. He remains actively engaged in supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystems in Europe.

Nicklas Bergman has spent the last 25+ years in the intersection of technology and business. He’s been a founder and/or first investor in more than a dozen technology startups. Over the years, he’s seen companies go up in flames, businesses rise from the ashes, and tiny players conquer the world, sometimes with impressive returns and sometimes with less so. In addition to his work as a technology investor, he serves as an advisor to venture capital and private equity firms, as well as to governments and Fortune 500 companies.

Claudio is a Venture Capital investor and entrepreneur operating across biopharma, medtech, diagnostics and healthtech industries.
Claudio co-founded Artha Partners BV, a Venture Creation firm, and serves on the Investment Committee of LIFTT SpA, a deep tech VC firm, on the board of Value Italy SGR, an asset management firm, as well as on various boards of startups/emerging companies.
Previously, Claudio was a managing partner at VC firm Innogest Capital for over 10 years, where he launched and oversaw the firm's healthcare practice. Before that, he held various positions as a corporate finance executive at Prima Group, a public company leader in industrial automation, and as a M&A advisor and strategic consultant at Deloitte Financial Advisory and A&G Management where he advised Private equity firms and Corporate Strategics.

José Fernando is the Founding President of the Global Network of Guarantee Institutions and serves as Special Honorary Chairman of the European Association of Guarantees. He is a Senior Consultant to the World Bank and the United Nations Development Programme, specializing in credit guarantees, green finance, venture capital, and promotional banking. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee of the European Innovation Council Equity Fund (EIC Fund), following his prior role as a member of its inaugural Investment Committee. José also advises other investment funds and companies.
A founder of Knowledge Factory consulting and partner at Quadrantis Capital VC, José is also a wine maker. He was the Founding CEO of IFD and one of the founders, as well as Chairman and CEO, of SPGM, Norgarante, Lisgarante, Garval, and Agrogarante—the core credit guarantee and counter-guarantee institutions of the Portuguese Mutual Guarantee Scheme, managing a portfolio worth several billion euros. He also served as President and CEO of PME Investimentos (focused on venture capital and private equity) and CFO of IAPMEI, the Portuguese SME and Innovation Agency. These three entities—SPGM, IFD, and PME Investimentos—later merged to form BPF, the Portuguese Promotional Bank.
José began his career at the Portuguese subsidiary of 3i and has held board, investment committee, and advisory roles across several venture capital, biotech, and insurance brokerage firms.
He holds a degree in Economics and has lectured at Fernando Pessoa University and in the master's program at the Porto Business Academy. He has authored numerous articles on credit guarantees and is co-author of the book "Conceptual Framework for Information on the Outreach, Additionality, and Financial Sustainability of Public Credit Guarantee Schemes."
