The EIC Community Programme brings you closer to the EIC Community members in a space where you can share your experiences, gain access to peer-learning workshops and tailor-made training activities. Within this scope, the EIC Community Programme implements a wide array of initiatives including the EIC Winter and Summer Schools, EIC Community talks and trainings and EIC Info Days.

The EIC Tech to Market Programme supports you in your transition from lab to market and provides you with tailored support for the market deployment of your research results. It includes services with two complementary approaches:
- EIC Entrepreneurial Trainings: Build the knowledge and commercial understanding needed to bring deep-tech innovations to the market.
- EIC Venture Building Services: Support selected EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition teams in shaping, structuring and growing their ventures towards investment and early scale-up.
EIC Women Leadership Programme
Strengthen your entrepreneurial skills and expand your network among female leaders with the support of a personal mentor and business coach.
The EIC Women Leadership Programme is a skills enhancement and networking plan for women researchers and entrepreneurs. Each cohort consists of both virtual and in-person training sessions, led by high-profile experienced trainers who can challenge your leadership approach with inspiring case studies and a participatory setting. Additionally, you can benefit from individual business coaching and personal mentoring, and boost your network with peers and inspiring role models through dedicated networking events.
