At the centre of the exhibition is the one-stop-shop to learn everything about novelties and opportunities under every strand of the EIC programme: the EIC Pavilion!
By talking with EIC experts present on the stand throughout the whole event, Summit participants will:
- gain relevant insights into all strands of the EIC programme
- understand which upcoming funding opportunities are more adapted to the stage of their innovation
- learn about all novelties under the EIC work programme which will help them be prepared to submit their proposals
- find out more about the tailor-made free services that EIC offers not only to its own beneficiaries and about the EIC Prizes which reward Europe's leading innovators
In total, the EIC Pavilion will host 6 sections.
As per last year, 5 of these sections will host EIC experts from the following strands of the EIC programme:
EIC Business Acceleration Services (BAS)EIC-supported start-ups or innovators can benefit from access to a range of tailor-made EIC Business Acceleration Services (BAS) available at any stage of development of their activities, and of the EIC research and innovation cycle.
The EIC BAS are structured around three main pillars: contracts, contacts, and skills.
EIC PrizesThe two current EIC Prizes, which reward Europe's leading innovators, are:
- the European Capital of Innovation Awards - an annual recognition prize awarded to the European cities that best promote innovation in their communities
- the European Prize for Women Innovators - jointly awarded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and the EIC, this prize celebrates the women entrepreneurs behind Europe’s game-changing innovations
NEW: EUnicornerFor the first time ever, the EIC stand will feature a novel section. Introducing: the EUnicorner!
A networking space on the EIC stand itself which, at few specific times during the course of the Summit, will turn into a learning space.
