The European Innovation Council (EIC) organised an Info Day in Copenhagen, Denmark, on November 26, 2025.
Participants had the chance to learn more about what applying for and receiving the EIC Accelerator grant entailed, who the ideal applicants were, and how the grant could support their company’s growth.
From funding opportunities to first-hand success stories, the event brought together policymakers, innovators, and founders to discuss how deep tech startups could scale and thrive in Europe with the EIC.
The afternoon included open discussions between Danish startups and EU policymakers, a presentation of the EIC Accelerator and application process, and a speed-dating session where aspiring applicants met and exchanged experiences directly with successful EIC-funded companies.
The event was an opportunity to get practical answers to questions, gain valuable insights directly from EIC representatives and awardees, and explore whether companies could be among the next Danish recipients of the EIC Accelerator grant.
The event was held in English, organised in collaboration with Danish Tech Startups.
