Info Webinar on the European Prize for Women Innovators

On 5 July 2024, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) invite you to an informative webinar to learn more about the European Prize for Women Innovators.

The European Prize for Women Innovators is an initiative powered by the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) and the European Innovation Council (EIC). It celebrates the outstanding achievements of women entrepreneurs from across the EU and Horizon Europe associated countries who are driving positive change for people and the planet through their innovative ventures.

Application period for the 2025 edition will start on 27 June 2024.

If you are considering joining the competition but feel like you need more information, this webinar is for you! Get ready to apply to the 2025 European Prize for Women Innovators by joining us online on 5 July 2024, from 11:00 to 12:00 CEST. During this one-hour session, we will:

• Dive into the details of the application and award procedures for each prize category
• Listen to a testimonial by a winner of the 2024 European Prize for Women Innovators
• Get tips for preparing prize applications from a former Jury Member

The EIT and EIC are eagerly anticipating the next cohort of women innovators, who will be awarded with up to EUR 100 000 in monetary prizes across three categories: 

• EIC Women Innovators category: Open to all women founders and co-founders from the EU and Associated Countries. Three prizes of EUR 100 000, EUR 70 000 and EUR 50 000 are awarded to the three highest-ranked applications
• EIC Rising Innovators category: Targeting promising young innovators under the age of 35.  Three prizes of EUR 50 000, EUR 30 000 and EUR 20 000 are awarded to the three highest-ranked applications.
• EIT Women Leadership category: Focused on women with a direct link to the EIT Community and its Knowledge and Innovation Communities.  Three prizes of EUR 50 000, EUR 30 000 and EUR 20 000 are awarded to the three highest-ranked applications.
