On 24 June 2026, European Innovation Council organised an info session on the amendment to the EIC Work Programme 2026, which expands funding opportunities in the dual use and defence domains. The amended programme opens the EIC Accelerator to innovation activities with dual use applications and introduces a dedicated STEP Scale Up call for defence technologies.
