Gilles is the Director of EuroQuity at Bpifrance, a premier matchmaking service that connects companies with investors, SMEs, corporates, research laboratories, and business support organizations across Europe, Africa, North America, and the Middle East.

EuroQuity is a vibrant ecosystem managed by key international organizations, bringing together over 25,000 companies, 1,500 top international investors, and 3,000 business support organizations. 290 partners are using EuroQuity and its additional services—including epitches, reverse pitches, and sector-specific webinars—to animate their ecosystems and coordinate efforts to support companies in their investments, innovation, and international expansion.

• One of its key initiatives in 2026 is the launch of the European Defence Alliance built on the success of the European Defence Week to accelerate cooperation and co-investment in the defence sector in Europe.
• Additionally, Gilles represents Bpifrance on the board of Transeo, the international Business Transfer association, on the Advisory Board of the first pan European Business Angels network focus on Defence and Dual use – Defence Angels European Network (DAEN) and serves as one of the National Contact Points for the European Commission's EIC Accelerator program in France.
• Gilles holds degrees from ESSCA (France) and DCU (Ireland), and he has also earned a DEA in Economics from the Pantheon University (France).
