Laurie Calvet is a researcher at CNRS and École Polytechnique in Palaiseau, France, working at the intersection of organic electronics, probabilistic computing, and edge AI. Within the BAYFLEX project, her research explores how physical device dynamics, fluctuations, and memory effects can be harnessed for low-power probabilistic inference directly at the sensor level, enabling new architectures for intelligent distributed sensing systems.
