Founder and CEO of Vicini Strategy
Cristina has been a professional board member and an adviser to high‑tech companies and non‑profit organisations in Europe and North America since 2006. She brings deep expertise in International Business Development and Strategic Marketing, Cross‑Sector Innovation and Ecosystems, Company Governance, Deep‑Tech, and Digital Transformation.
Throughout her career, Cristina held international roles with global technology groups (Microsoft, Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, Volkswagen), with the international public sector, and as an entrepreneur. She also served as chairwoman of global non‑profits and advisory boards, including in academia.
Her experience spans R&D, public procurement and strategic sales, market positioning, multi‑million business development, and C‑level P&L responsibilities across multiple markets in Europe and beyond.
Cristina holds a distinguished Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Brussels (ULB), a Master of International Management from Boston University, and executive certificates from MIT Sloan and the Harvard Kennedy School.
