The EIC Fund is the venture arm of the European Innovation Council (EIC). It was set up as a capital fund under private law with the European Commission as a shareholder to fund companies selected under the EIC Accelerator.

Partnering with the EIC Fund is a strategic opportunity for investors to invest in breakthrough European innovation with minimal risk.
We offer a comprehensive, competitive, and highly-qualified portfolio of companies selected through the EIC Accelerator.

The EIC Fund invests in a promising and select group of European start-ups, SMEs and small mid-caps (from the EU and associated countries) across a variety of verticals, including health, energy, green, digital and deep-tech.
All investments are preceded by a thorough evaluation by external experts, a due diligence process overseen by the EIC Fund Investment Committee, and a final decision by the EIC Fund Board.
