Svetoslava Georgieva has a broad range of experience in finance, both in the public and the private sector.
She is one of the four permanent members of the Investment Committee of InvestEU, the European Commission’s programme that aims to mobilise more than €372 billion in investments in Europe by 2027. She was the representative of the Bulgarian government in the Contributors’ Committee of the Pan-European Guarantee Fund (EGF) managed by the EIB Group and established in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic to support EU-based companies affected by the crisis. She was the executive director and member of the management board of the Fund of Funds in Bulgaria, which manages a portfolio of c. EUR 600 million of debt and equity mandates financed by the European structural funds. During this time she was responsible for the establishment, fund manager selection and oversight of five VC funds, three debt funds and two risk-sharing mandates in the area of infrastructure and micro finance.

Laurie-Anne Takerkart joined Alter Domus in November 2017 as Company Secretary – Senior Manager, Legal Specialist Lead for a large base of Alter Domus Asset Fund Administration’s clients (private equity and real estate sectors).
As corporate and investment funds’ lawyer with an extensive background in a wide variety of transactions involving technology and other industries, she advises multinational companies and private equity firms on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions.
Besides having more than fourteen years’ experience at the Luxembourg Bar, working in leading business law firms in Luxembourg, she acted as legal director during a secondment to a leading European real estate investment manager. Former student at the Preparatory Studies for the Grandes Ecoles, Laurie Anne is graduated in Business Law and IP/IT Law (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg in France.
Co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners
Serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Amadeus Capital Partners, Dr Hermann Hauser CBE has wide experience in developing and financing companies in the information technology sector. He co-founded a number of high-tech companies including Acorn Computers which spun out ARM, E-trade UK, Virata and Cambridge Network. Subsequently, Hermann Hauser became vice president of research at Olivetti. He studied physics in Vienna and Cambridge.
Director, Sales & Relationship Management at Alter Domus
Philippe Salpetier brings over 20 years of experience in financial services and fiduciary management. He began his career at Deloitte, where he spent 8 years in audit and corporate finance across Belgium and Luxembourg. Following this, he served as Controller at the European headquarters of a Canadian industrial group.
In 2005, Philippe joined Alter Domus, becoming Director in 2007. Today, Philippe is Director of Sales & Relationship Management at Alter Domus, focusing on client engagement and business development. His career also includes 3 years as Client Director at Capita Fiduciary Group, further demonstrating his leadership and industry knowledge.
Philippe holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Liège.
