Nathalie Noupadja has over 15 years of working experience in European public affairs, leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, managing interdepartmental  relations and the collaboration with multiple contractors and stakeholders. Nathalie leads multidisciplinary consortia on diverse operational and policy projects overseeing project delivery, quality control, and conflict resolution. Her topics of predilection are innovation and digitalisation, from a strategic and stakeholders involvement perspective; and local governments in Europe. Nathalie has also a strong experience in conducting and coordinating research, translating it into useful and strategic tools, facilitating knowledge-exchange and innovative gatherings. Using sound communication and analytical skills, she is highly experienced in facilitating workshops, presenting complex ideas clearly, and elaborating complex strategies.
