Biography
Heidi has been contributing to building the early-stage ecosystem in Estonia, now one of the most successful start-up countries in Europe with the highest number of unicorns per capita for more than a decade. She has helped to advance all stages of innovation funding, from prototyping as an expert jury of Prototron Foundation and mentoring for several incubators and accelerators, to the growth phase as a partner of BaltCap Growth Fund.
Her latest focus is on early-stage deep tech companies supporting scientists to develop superior technologies into business ventures. Heidi served as an advisory board member and investment committee member for the EIC Fund.
