Biography
Vicky D. Kefalas has more than 30 years of experience across European policy and affairs, finance, sustainable infrastructure, and corporate governance. She combines strategic policy insight with hands-on leadership in key EU bodies, contributing to strategic recommendations, managing stakeholder networks, mobilizing large-scale investments, and shaping European funding and innovation frameworks. Vicky currently serves on the Governing Board of the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT), the Investment Committee of InvestEU, the European Commission Housing Advisory Board, and the Board of Directors of Lavipharm SA, a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. She has previously served on the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and on the European Innovation Council (EIC) Board. She was born in 1969 and holds a BA in Economics from the City University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Pace University.
