William developed Tech Tour into Europe’s largest tech entrepreneur and investment community. Every year, over 1,000 tech companies are selected by 1,000 investment and corporate investors in one of the 25 specialised Programmes culminating in events. All of Europe and all tech is covered including digital, health and sustainability with a focus on scale-ups.
Before that William was Secretary General of Invest Europe, promoting many initiatives including a European Nasdaq. William holds French and German Masters’ degrees from the ESCP European School of Management studying in Paris, Oxford and Berlin.
