About SPIN4EIC
SPIN4EIC (Strategic Innovation Procurement) is an innovative and unique initiative powered by the EIC dedicated to delivering unmatched support services to EIC innovators and to scale innovation procurement in Europe.
The initiative aims to enhance EIC innovators’ ability to access procurement markets both in Europe and worldwide through trainings, matchmaking, and free hands-on assistance and support. SPIN4EIC also connects EIC innovators with public and private buyers of innovation and offers support to public buyers to set-up innovation procurement tenders.

Are you an EIC innovator?
SPIN4EIC will boost your procurement capabilities via free training and direct procurement assistance in the preparation of your (innovation) procurement tenders in Europe and beyond. SPIN4EIC will also connect you with potential buyers via its online community and matchmaking/pitching events.
Are you a public or a private organisation looking for innovation startups?
SPIN4EIC can connect you with a pool of 6,000+ of the most innovative European startups via the SPIN4EIC community and matchmaking/pitching events for free. If you are a public organisation, we also offer you free support to adopt innovation practices.

Our SPIN4EIC Community connects EIC innovators and buyers in five thematic groups designed to foster connections, share knowledge, and unlock business opportunities.
Thematic groups
The thematic groups are a meeting point dedicated to EIC innovators and buyers in a certain thematic area. Dive into your preferred topic to see relevant opportunities, activities and free services and engage with fellow community members in your field!

If you are a public buyer, the Community includes this restricted group where you can discover the next matchmaking events and find useful insights about innovation procurement, as well as discover the assistance services to public buyers.

SPIN4EIC organises online Academies twice per year dedicated to offering EIC innovators free training, procurement simulations, peer-to-peer discussions, and concrete case studies to help them build practical knowledge and capabilities to participate in (innovation) procurement tenders.

Ongoing open call: SPIN4EIC Assistance Action for EIC Innovators
Are you an EIC innovator looking to enter the (innovation) procurement market in Europe or abroad? SPIN4EIC provides free tailored assistance to EIC innovators such as support with identifying, qualifying, building and submitting (public and private) tenders in the EU and abroad as well as support with navigating legal requirements, including intellectual property rights considerations in your contracts and deals.

The SPIN4EIC Assistance to Public Buyers offers free support to public buyers to set-up innovation procurement tenders, including assistance with needs assessment, conducting open market consultations and preparing innovation procurement tenders.
