About SPIN4EIC
SPIN4EIC (Strategic Innovation Procurement) is an innovative and unique initiative powered by the EIC dedicated to delivering unmatched support services to EIC innovators and to scale innovation procurement in Europe.
The initiative aims to enhance EIC innovators' ability to access procurement markets both in Europe and worldwide through trainings, matchmaking, and free hands-on assistance and support. SPIN4EIC also connects EIC innovators with public and private buyers of innovation and offers support to public buyers to set up innovation procurement tenders.

SPIN4EIC can connect you with a pool of 6,000+ of the most innovative European startups via the SPIN4EIC community and matchmaking/pitching events for free. If you are a public organisation, we also offer you free support to adopt innovation practices.

Our SPIN4EIC Community connects EIC innovators and buyers in five thematic groups designed to foster connections, share knowledge, and unlock business opportunities.

Ongoing open call: SPIN4EIC Assistance Action for EIC Innovators
Are you an EIC innovator looking to enter the (innovation) procurement market in Europe or abroad? SPIN4EIC provides free tailored assistance including support with identifying, qualifying, building and submitting (public and private) tenders in the EU and abroad, as well as support with navigating legal requirements, including intellectual property rights considerations. The open call will be open until the end of May 2026.
SPIN4EIC is also continuously monitoring procurement opportunities for EIC Innovators such as Public Procurement of Innovative solutions (PPI), Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) and Open Market Consultations (OMC). Consult the overview of ongoing opportunities.

Ongoing open call: SPIN4EIC Assistance to Public Buyers
The SPIN4EIC Assistance to Public Buyers offers free support to public buyers to set up innovation procurement tenders, including assistance with needs assessment, conducting open market consultations and preparing innovation procurement tenders. The open call will be open until the end of April 2026.

Open call: Pitch your smart mobility and energy solutions to the most innovative European cities at the Cities Mission Conference 2026
Join this pitching session at the EU Cities Mission Conference (28 May 2026, Turin) to showcase solutions in energy and AI-driven urban mobility. Up to four EIC awardees will be selected to connect with cities, gain visibility, and address key challenges in energy, transport and sustainable urban systems.
