Women TechEU is an EU scheme funded under the Horizon European Innovation Ecosystems (EIE) Work Programme and supporting early stage, deep tech startups founded and led by women.
In two years, the consortium will launch 4 calls for women led startups, the first call being launched on 18 March.
The consortium will allocate € 12 M to support 160 startups with € 75k grants. Besides financial support, each beneficiary will profit from mentoring, coaching and targeted trainings.
The initiative complements activities funded under the EIC, paving the way for the participation of women-led start-ups in future EIC calls.
