The EIC Fund is the venture arm of the European Innovation Council (EIC). It was set up as a capital fund under private law with the European Commission as a shareholder to fund companies selected under the EIC Accelerator.

All investments are preceded by a thorough evaluation by external experts, a due diligence process overseen by the EIC Fund Investment Committee, and a final decision by the EIC Fund Board.

The Commission launched today the 12th edition of the European Social Innovation Competition (EUSIC). The prize promotes social innovations that provide solutions to societal challenges and foster sustainable and inclusive growth in Europe.
The EIC Scaling Club is backed by the Horizon Europe's European Innovation Council and is part of Business Acceleration Services provided to EIC-funded projects and companies.
