Established in 2022, the EIC Fund is the Venture Capital investment arm of the European Innovation Council (EIC). With a budget of approx. €3.5 billion, it bridges the gap between public and private financing, supporting Europe’s most promising startups and scaleups. Through patient capital and strategic co-investments, the EIC Fund empowers visionary entrepreneurs to bring breakthrough technologies to market, driving Europe’s competitiveness and innovation leadership.

    To date, we have signed investment agreements of more than EUR 1bn.

    For every 1 Euro invested by the EICF, our portfolio companies manage to raise at least 3 Euros from other investors.
