The Company is active in the field of semiconductors, in particular developing a new volatile memory semiconductor (GCRAM). With this technology RAAAM wants to challenge SRAM as on-chip memory, targeting inter alia applications like AI and Datacenters. Its GCRAM solution shall lead to area reduction, cost reduction, higher bandwidth and lower energy consumption compared to current market standards.
