Wingtra was founded in 2016 as a spin-off from the Autonomous Systems Lab of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). Wingtra designs, programs, assembles, and markets drones.
The company has 80 employees, 40 of whom are engineers. The company's vision is to enable multiple industries to optimize their decisions and resource allocation based on data provided by WingtraOne drones. With its unique precision, ease of use, and range combination, the WingtraOne aims to be the leading tool for precision agriculture, contributing to the reduction of more than 4.8 million tons of CO 2 over the coming decade.
