About
When venturing into new markets and aiming for global expansion, EIC awardees often encounter numerous obstacles that hinder the growth of their businesses in unfamiliar territories. Beyond identifying suitable opportunities and partners, they must also understand the local cultures, regulations, and business landscapes. There is where the EIC Global Business Expansion Programme comes into play.
Based on the learnings of the pilot EIC Soft-landing programme / EIC Immersive Programme (2023-2025), the newly established EIC Global Business Expansion Programme is designed for improving the services provided to EIC-backed innovators, that have already gained traction abroad and aspire to penetrate new markets without overextending their resources upfront. This approach allows companies to maintain their focus on core domestic operations while exploring international opportunities.
