Eliza Kruczkowska

Eliza Kruczkowska is an innovation leader with 15+ years of international experience in business management, digital transformation, startup advisory, and communications. As Director of Innovation Development at the Polish Development Fund (PFR), she drives the largest startup development program in Central and Eastern Europe, spearheading initiatives like the Central House of Technology and PFR School of Pioneers many others.

Previously, she was the founding CEO of Startup Poland and Communications Director at the ePaństwo Foundation, promoting open public data. She has collaborated with global tech leaders, including Google, Mozilla Firefox, Sony, Huawei, and Riverbed, with professional experience in London, Madrid, and Munich.

A recognised expert in innovation, venture capital, and technology, she has received the “Eagle of Innovation” award twice and an Education Award from Digital Poland. She holds an Executive MBA from the Polish Academy of Sciences, Women on Boards certification from Harvard University, and has completed leadership programs at Harvard Kennedy School, Singularity University, and Oxford Internet Institute.
