Heike Freund is the Chief Operating Officer of Marvel Fusion, a clean-energy startup focused on quantum-enhanced fusion technology. Since 2020, she has been spearheading the company's development and expansion efforts, streamlining processes, and fostering partnerships with industry leaders. Prior to Marvel Fusion, Heike was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on projects in the automotive, machinery, and high-tech industries. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
