Howard is the Vice President of Startup Ecosystem at NVIDIA, where he leads one of the world’s largest startup platforms at the center of the AI era. His mission is to democratize access to NVIDIA’s full‑stack AI platform and build strategic partnerships across the global startup ecosystem.
Today, NVIDIA Inception supports more than 35 000 startups, alongside top venture capital firms, and technology partners, accelerating innovation across every major industry.
With more than 25 years in technology, Howard has built and scaled ecosystems at some of the world’s most influential companies. Previously, he served as Vice President of Global Startups at AWS, driving record revenue milestones toward a $100 billion run rate, and as CEO of C360 Technologies. He has also held senior leadership roles at Intel Capital, Intel, and Qualcomm, where he led global partnerships and invested in category‑defining companies.
At NVIDIA, Howard focuses on being a force multiplier for founders, turning bold ideas into world‑changing AI companies.
