Stablepharma is developing SPVX02, a fridge free tetanus/diphtheria adult booster vaccine using its StablevaX™ thermostabilisation platform. Clinical data shows SPVX02 is comparable in safety and immunogenicity to the original refrigerated product, with stability demonstrated at 30°C for 24 months, eliminating the cold-chain, reducing wastage and improving access.
Vision & ImpactStablepharma is pioneering fridge‑free vaccines and pharmaceuticals by reformulating existing and new products which eliminates cold-chain storage & logistics. This cuts wastage, reduces energy burden and, crucially, improves access to essential, life‑saving medicines for EU citizens and beyond.

What's next ?We are pushing forward with completion of our ongoing Phase 2b clinical trial with SPVX02 to prepare for Marketing Authorisation. Through our R&D team in Spain, we are also applying our StablevaX™ thermostabilisation technology to a wide range of critical pharmaceuticals and other vaccines.
