THERMOBAT

  • Vision & Impact

Our vision is to turn intermittent renewables into reliable clean energy for all. Our mission is to scale breakthrough high-temperature storage solutions that decarbonise industry, reinforce Europe’s energy independence, and help build a resilient, affordable and climate-neutral future for society.

  • Collaboration

Our experience with the EIC has been highly valuable, combining funding with tailored support to strengthen the project’s business potential. The booster grant helped us develop a clearer business case, while specialised advisors in IP, business creation and strategy provided practical guidance.

  • What's next ?

Once TRL5 is secured within THERMOBAT, ThermoPhoton will drive the next phase: industrial validation, scale-up in relevant environments, stronger strategic partnerships, and a clear pathway toward demonstration, market deployment and real-world impact.

EIC support has been a catalyst in helping us move from breakthrough research toward real-world deployment. Beyond funding, it provides validation, visibility and access to a European innovation network that strengthens our ability to scale. This support accelerates our mission to deliver affordable, dispatchable renewable energy storage and contribute to a more resilient, low-carbon energy system for society.
