Katarzyna Lenart is Deputy Director in the Department for Development of Innovative Programme Management Methods of the National Centre for Research and Development (Poland). For more than 7 years she has been involved in the preparation and implementation of research programs under the innovative public procurement mode, including innovation partnership and pre-commercial procurement. She holds a master's degree in environmental protection and has also completed postgraduate studies in the areas of biogas and hydrogen technologies, project management and innovations.
