Martijn van Noordennen is a commercial leadership veteran with over 30 years of experience driving operational excellence and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director at Salesforce, Martijn plays a key role in developing industry strategies and positioning Salesforce as the digital partner of choice for Process Manufacturing and Energy customers.
Prior to Salesforce, Martijn spent nearly two decades transforming commercial functions at Shell, where he last served as Global Customer Experience and Operational Excellence Manager for Shell Chemicals. In this role, he led a global organisation that drove commercial excellence across all lines of business and led the global implementation of Salesforce. This resulted in record customer satisfaction scores and significant value delivery for Shell Chemicals. Martijn leverages his expertise in customer experience, product development, and multiple languages to effectively operate in international business environments. Martijn is passionate about leveraging digital tools like Salesforce for revolutionizing customer-centric operations and achieving strategic growth objectives.
Martijn lives in the Netherlands with his wife and two sons and holds a masters in Dutch Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
