At the EIC Scaling Club, she leads programme coordination and execution, managing 24 high-growth companies across the Space and Digital Security sectors. She oversees end-to-end delivery, including events, stakeholder engagement, and KPI tracking, while ensuring QA/QC standards across all activities.
Her expertise spans large-scale and hybrid event management, consortium coordination, and fostering collaboration within European innovation ecosystems.
