As a member of the European Innovation Council Business Acceleration Services team in EISMEA, Sara Jud coordinates the European Innovation Council Women Leadership Programme, which focuses on strengthening the leadership and entrepreneurial skills of women researchers and entrepreneurs within the EIC & EIT communities. The programme's ultimate goal is to increase the number of women-led startups and foster more gender-diverse teams. Sara is a strong advocate for equal opportunities and representation, actively promoting these values across other initiatives she oversees (EIC Scaling Club). With prior experience in innovation prizes, the EU Prize for Women Innovators, and the European Innovation Capital, she firmly believes in the transformative impact of recognition and the power of inspiring role models.
