Vincent has worked for Thales for 20 years. His first years have been dedicated to innovation in space, aerospace, defence and security applications, based in France then the Netherlands. He then worked for Thales UK HQ taking charge of its R&D competitiveness. He afterwards took charge of the sales operations of a $3B Thales business. He now leads the Space Business Catalyst by Thales Alenia Space, exploring and emerging new sustainable space markets and their enablers through startups engagement including industrial acceleration and strategic partnerships as well as intrapreneurial projects.
Vincent holds a Master of Science from Centrale-Supélec, a Master of Engineering from University of Wollongong and an Executive MBA from Imperial College London. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation and a Member of Chatham House. He also teaches open innovation in various engineering and business schools. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor sports and mentoring start-ups.
