Dronamics

The project develops cargo drones that can provide fuel-efficient, same-day, cross-border and long-haul cargo delivery solutions. Dronamics will operate a proprietary drone fleet from within a network of infrastructure-efficient droneports. The drones will be able to carry a 350 kg payload within a 2 500 km flight range and require only 400 m of runway. According to the engineers, they are also up to 90 % more affordable to produce and run than alternatives. Dronamics will also enable international same-day deliveries for €5 or less per kg with up to 60 % lower CO2 emissions. The first droneports will be built in the Mediterranean with plans to expand across the EU to serve non-hub, remote or underserved communities.
